He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph W. Victoria Sr. and Antonetta Victoria (Palma); and his brother William Victoria. He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Victoria and Angela Marshall (Victoria); and his siblings' children, Maegan and Joseph. He is also survived by 4 children.
