He was predeceased by: his sibling Louis M. Damiani. He is survived by: his wife Sharlene; his children, Michael J. Damiani Jr (Isabel) of Attleboro, MA, Jennifer L. Damiani of Riverside and Christine M. Damiani of East Providence; his grandchildren, Evelyn Damiani, Jocelyn Damiani, Lucas Damiani and Joseph Damiani; his brother Steven of Barrington; and his sister-in-law Elaine Damiani of Naples, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
