She is survived by: her parent Elvira Perry (Miranda); her child Keith Smith of Riverside; and her siblings, Marlene Medeiros of Rumford, Robert Perry of Attleboro, Carl Perry of Pawtucket, Donald Perry and Carol Rebello.
