He is survived by: his wife Maria Chapman (DeSousa); his sons, David Chapman of Riverside and Frank Chapman (Jessica) of Washington; his siblings, Bobby Chapman of Coventry, Carol Moreira of Warwick, Mararet Haury, Jessica Chapman Massotti of Riverside and Susan Bianchi of Pawtucket; and his grandchildren, Aiden Cannon, Logan Chapman, Maddie Chapman, Korah Welch, Jaxon Chapman, Carson Chapman and Evan Chapman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
