Jean McGarry Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean McGarry of Rumford, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 30, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter McGarry and Winifred McGarry (Regan); her son John "Johnny" Gallogly (John Joe Gallogly); and her siblings, Peter McGarry, Winifred Miley (McGarry), Stephen McGarry, John McGarry and Francis McGarry.
She is survived by: her sister Lillian Chalmers (McGarry); her daughters, Erin Gallogly (Nick Tatistcheff) and Sheila Gallogly (Brad Barbour); and her grandchildren, Winifred and Peter Gallogly. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
Due to the pandemic, a Mass of Christian Burial will be planned for Winter 2021-2022 at Our Lady of Mercy Church, East Greenwich, RI.
