We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2023, Oliver F. Frails of Rumford, Rhode Island, born in Augusta, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Jabus Frails and Roberta Frails (Johnson); and his siblings, Johnny Frails, Jabus Frails, Ruby Wiggins, Bessy Mae Walker, Mae Amado, Eugene Frails and Willie Frails.

He is survived by : his spouse Jay R. Frails (Russell); his children, Shai Pina (Jason), Brenden Chase (Karen), Brande Frails, Tyler Frails and Toni Tucker; his grandchildren, Kayla Pina, Myles Pina, Brooklyn Chase, Harrison Chase and Jeanarria Narcisse; and his brother James Harold Frails.

Contributions in his memory to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research would be deeply appreciated.
