Spencer; and her siblings, Louis Scott, Naomi Brown, Charlie Scott, Jack Dempsey Scott, Emmanuel Scott, Dorothy Miller, Rosalie Shepard, Eva Cunningham, Jodell Scott and Othell Evans. She is also survived by 8 step great grandchildren.
