She was predeceased by : her parents, Rachel Burns and James Burns; her sister Lorraine DeCesaris; and her husband John L. Blair (Jack). She is survived by : her children, John E. Blair of South Kingstown, Jennifer McGreenery (Mark) of Orchid Beach, Florida, Allison Lees (Jim) of Summit, NJ and Holly O'Connell (Kevin) of Downingtown, Pennsylvania; and her brother Captain Jim Burns of Warwick. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and a great grandson.
