He was predeceased by : his parents, George Plante and Alice Plante (Bass). He is survived by : his wife Mary Anne Plante (McStay); his children, Stephen Plante (Ana) and Sherri Tager (George); his grandchildren, James Plante (Aubrey), Sarah Plante, Matthew Tager and Ryan Tager; and his sister Beverly Shaw. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
