He is survived by: his wife Annette Lee (Lefebvre); his children, James Lee of Cranston, Donna Doll of East Greenwich and John Lee of Wakefield; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Lee of Providence, Michael Lee of Dallas, TX, Jennifer Doll of North Attleboro, MA and Michelle Doll of East Greenwich.
