He was predeceased by: his parent John Z.; his child Lester J. Rogers; and his siblings, Everett Rogers, Raymond Rogers and Lester Rogers.
He is survived by: his spouse Mary B. Rogers (Stockton); his parent Lillian Rogers (Peters); his children, Steven M. Rogers of Warren, Mary Ella Francis of Bristol, BettyAnne Rogers of Warwick and Susan Rodrigues of Taunton, MA.; and his siblings, Lillian Laroche of Warren, Gertrude Leary of Nevada, Evelyn Viera of Pawtucket, Edith Perry of Warren and Ethel Viveiros of Swansea. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
