With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deborah S. Randall-Pelkey of Warwick, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on June 18, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Preston T. Pelkey; her parents, Elton B. and Esther A. Randall (Rossi); her daughter Elizabeth A. Pelkey of Warwick; and her sisters, Lynn Victoria Randall and Priscilla A. Randall.
