He was predeceased by : his parents, Philip Galligan and Bridget Galligan (McHugh); and his son John J. Galligan. He is survived by : his wife Irene Galligan (Boisvert); his children, Michael B. Galligan (Elisabeth) and Linda A. Joseph (Mark); his grandsons, James and Dylan Joseph; and his sisters, Ann Reilly and Kathleen Jessup. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
