He was predeceased by: his parents, Alan MacNeil and Anna MacNeil (Kinsella); and his brother Alan MacNeil (late Dorothea). He is survived by: his daughters, April M. MacNeill (Marc), Kendra C. MacNeil and Brittany D. MacNeil; his close friend Lori Hemingway; his grandchildren, Brooke, Hailey, Zachery, Lydia and KayLee; his sister Diane Monroe; and also, Julie Hemingway and Timothy Kunz.
Face masks are required and social distancing will be observed.
