He was predeceased by: his parent Lawrence J. Sullivan. He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Sullivan (Carter); his brothers, Lawrence C. Sullivan (Ann) and Thomas E. Sullivan; his wife Anna Katherine; and his siblings' children, Andrew Sullivan, Joseph Sullivan and Kelly Schweigert.
