She was predeceased by : her spouse Daniel Cardosa; and her parent Luigi Cairone. She is survived by : her parent Teresa Cairone (Divozzi); her children, Daniel Cardosa of West Greenwich, Teresa Comstock of Providence, Rosemarie Danakos of Seekonk, David Cardosa, Annmarie Moran, Elizabeth "Lisa" Murray and Ronald Cardosa of Warwick; and her siblings, Katherine Marcarone, Philomena Gaudiana, Evelyn Nunes, Matthew Cairone, Carmino Cairone, Alfred Cairone, Beatrice Marinelli and Rosalie Whalen. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
