He was predeceased by : his parents, Marty Kinsella of Middletown, RI. and Rita Kinsella (Stevenson) of Middletown, RI.; his former life partner Hilary; his brother Brian; and the mother of his children Hilary.

He is survived by : his wife Judy Hambleton of West Greenwich, RI.; his sons, Nathan (Stephen) of West Greenwich, RI, Nicholas (Andi) of Middletown, RI and Zachary (Shannon) of Middletown, RI.; his siblings, Mike (Fern) of Jacksonville, FL, Kathy (Scott) of Middletown, RI and Chris (Kelly) of Myrtle Beach, SC.; and his granddaughters, Gracyn and Teagan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
