She was predeceased by : her parents, John M. Roland and Emma; her sibling Claire Marnoch; her husband Paul Claude Bachand; and her son David Bachand.

She is survived by : her sister Hope Fitton; her children, Paul Bachand (Patricia), Gregory Bachand (Virginia), Mark Bachand (Kristi Otterbach) and Leslie-Ann Gossard (Larry); her grandchildren, Diane Bachand, Christopher Bachand, Kristen Bachand, Erica Bachand and Lindsey Dowiot (Justin); her great grandchildren, Caden Bachand, Mae and Chet Dowiot; her goddaughter Robin McDonald; her daughter-in-law Kristi; and also Shirley Utterback. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews including her loving niece.
