He is survived by: his parents, Clifford L. and Laura Barnard Sr (Bagley); and his sisters, Laura L. Metcalfe of North Kingstown, Jean A. Elgar of Coventry, Deborah M. Barnard of West Warwick, Donna S. Sekator of Kingston and Brenda L. Ball of Westerly. He is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews and seven grandnieces and grandnephews.
