He is survived by : his son John; his wife Joanne (Catanzaro); his son Stephen (Gretchen Taubl); his grandchildren, Charlotte, Theodore, Griffin and Max; his son Thomas (Katherine Casey); his grandchildren, Ryan and Henry; and his siblings, Celine Bergeron (Jim Morris), Roberta Landry (Dave), David (Lydia), Claude (Geralyn), Denise Tiemissen (Tim), Paul (Theresa), Anne Martin (Greg), Norman (Susan), Daniel (Cheleasa) and Philip Joel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
