She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur T. Ahern, Jr.; her parents, Domenic Federico and Carrie Federico; her son David P. Fitzgerald; her grandson Daniel A. Lehr; and her siblings, Natale Federico, George Federico, Vincent Federico, Irene Federico and Rudolph Federico.
She is survived by: her son Mark Fitzgerald (Jackie); her daughter-in-law Kate Fitzgerald of Marietta, GA.; her stepdaughters, Ursula E. Ahern of Westerly, Michele Ahern of North Wales, PA and Valerie Ahern; her siblings, Robert Federico of Vienna, VA and Dorothy Federico of Westerly; and her grandchildren, Andrew of Marietta, GA, Ryan Fitzgerald of Marietta, GA, Erica Bliven (Delaney) of Westerly, Benjamin R. Delaney of Westerly, Megan and Molly Lehr of North Wales, PA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
