She was predeceased by : her parents, Bert Blanchard and Lillian Blanchard (Williams); and her sister Audrey Sutcliffe. She is survived by : her husband Carl Toti of Pascoag; her children, Carl J. Toti, Christopher Toti and Paula Toti of Pascoag; her sisters, Cathy Credle, Debra Peterman and Eileen Roy of Oakland; and her grandchildren, Christian Toti and Cameron Toti.
