Jack Khamdam Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 6, 2021, at the age of 65, Jack Khamdam of Woonsocket, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Kham Phomvongsa and Luam Phomvongsa. He is survived by : his siblings, Phong and Tong Phomvongsa; his wife Seng (Champaphonevilay); and his children, Anjila, Jeffrey Khamdam of Woonsocket, Phoukham Nhotharack, Khamsing Mongkhonvilay and Tou Khamdam. He is also survived by three children.
Due to Covid-19, visitation is limited to the immediate family.
