She was predeceased by : her husband Henry O. Cardin; her parents, Urbain Gravel and Merilda Gravel (Trinque); and her sisters, Cecile Lawrence and Rita Blodgett.

She is survived by : her children, Vivian Fike (Kathleen McDonnell) of Greer, SC, Henry Cardin of Port Orange, FL and Conrad Cardin (Aletha) of Houston, TX. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren.
