He was predeceased by: his spouse Muriel J. Puchta (Hetu); his parent John Puchta; his child David Wayne Puchta; and his sibling Lena Murray. He is survived by: his parent Anna Puchta (Poshla); his sons, Robert W. Puchta of Riverside, Gerald P. Puchta and James J. Puchta; his grandchildren, Michelle Chin (Brian) of Queens, N. Y., Bethany Cornell (Joseph) of Coventry, David Puchta (Diana) of Austin, TX and Daniel J. Puchta of Woonsocket; and his great grandchildren, Summer, Cayden, Kyla and Odin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
