He was predeceased by: his parents, Wifredo Caraballo and Saturnina Vega. He is survived by: his wife Antoinette Priester Caraballo; his children, Alexis Caraballo Jr. (Christine) and Angelique Caraballo of Austin, TX; his siblings, Orlando Luis, Iris, Nancy, Wilfredo Jr., Daisey, Richard, Jesus Manuel "Mannie", Evelyn, Janette, Maria-Judith, Enid and Eddie; his aunts, Modesta and Maria "Cuca"; and his parents-in-law, Ollie, Inez, Karen, Robina, Jeannie, Emma, Gabe and Anthony. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
