He is survived by: his siblings, Barry Nicholas of York, Scott Nicholas of Tega Cay, Deborah Nicholas of Aiken, Wayne Nicholas (Angela) of Fort Mill and Sonja West of Kansas. He is also survived by his niece and four nephews.
