He was predeceased by: his wife Joan S. Stelbotsky (Paganelli); his parents, Stephen Stelbotsky and Carolyn Stelbotsky (Quashnock); his sister Barbara J. Lorris (Stelbotsky); and his daughter Catherine Stelbotsky Willett.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Stelbotsky (Cynthia), Carolyn Saxton (Keith) of Lovettsville, VA and Elizabeth Baughman (Todd) of Warner Robins, GA; his son-in-law Joe Willett of Moon Township, PA; and his grandchildren, Brian, Bradley Stelbotsky, Jackie of Washington, Zach Saxton, Emma, Alex, Dylan Baughman, Grace and Jack Willett. He is also survived by his 7 great-grandchildren.
