He is survived by: his children, DeAnna Smith (Dale) of Kelso, Mark Blackwell (Jennifer) of Eatonton, Deborah Otis (Perry) of Montgomery, Gary Blackwell (Erinne) of Aiken, SC and Clint Blackwell (Mindie) of Aiken, SC.; and his siblings, Tommie Blackwell (Mary), Gerald Blackwell, Francis (Gerald Jordan) and Anne Boatwright (Wallace). He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren, 6 step grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.
