She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Orrin Ross; her parents, Stanley B. Nowicki Sr. and Josephine Nowicki; and her siblings, John Nowicki, Eddie Norwicki, Stanley Nowicki Jr., Casimir Nowicki, Veronica Gluszak and Celia Maciejewski.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffery A. Ross (Bette) of Aiken, SC and Jennifer Wampole (Daniel) of Mount Pleasant, WI.; her sister Loretta Payls of Countryside, IL; and her grandchildren, Zachery Ross, Matthew Ross, Liliannne Ross, Grace Wampole and Alexander Wampole.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church (2443 Augusta Rd, Gloverville, SC 29828).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Evelyn's memory to the ACTS Ministry, where she dedicated much of her time and energy.
