He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Allen and Bertha Waltz Laverick; and his sister Norma DuPriest. He is survived by: his wife Honora Marie Laverick; his children, Dr. Catherine Ann DeFelice and Anthony Allen Laverick of Myrtle Beach, SC; and his grandchildren, Richard Kyler Laverick and DJ Dominick Joseph DeFelice.
