He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gaston and Ellen Mary Southwell Bell; and his daughter Jamie Bell Stewart. He is survived by: his wife Marian Williamson Bell; his son Ricky Bell (Sharon); and his grandchildren, Tamla Pridgen (Bert), Danny Bell (Janet) and Jamie Henry (Scott). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.
