He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Smith and Debora May Smith. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Smith; his children, Joshua, Audrey, Luke Smith and Tailor Foster; his brother Stuart Smith (Stephanie); and his nephew Anthony Smith.
