He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph B. Hall and Florence Franklin Hall. He is survived by: his spouse Donnell Franklin Hall; and his children, Timothy John Hall, Sherrill Johnson and Linda Marie Hall. He is also survived by three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
