He was predeceased by: his parents, Clem Obra Boyleston and Elizabeth Jowers Boyleston. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Deklin Pierce Grubbs and Lenox Elias Grubbs; and his siblings, Jan Waller (Joe) of Simpsonville and Clem "Moby" Boyleston (Mary Ann) of Ashburn, VA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Wounded Warrior Project, P. O. Box 758516, Topeka, KS 66675-8516.
