With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kurt Friedrichsen of Aiken, South Carolina, born in Staten Island, New York, who passed away on August 7, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Friedrichsen and Ruth Nelson Friedrichsen; and his former wife Joanne Ballard Friedrichsen. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Bailey Friedrichsen; his sons, Craig Friedrichsen (Michelle) of Denver, CO and Todd Friedrichsen (Elaina) of Santa Monica, CA; his stepchildren, Terri Sanders of Aiken, SC and Jerry West of Graniteville, SC; his grandchildren, Peyton, Holden Koch and Dylan Archer; and his brothers, Eric Friedrichsen (Verna) of Wilton, CT and Don Friedrichsen Larkspur (Lois). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
