Laurie Swift Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laurie Swift of Aiken, South Carolina, who passed away on January 9, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Hale and Mary Louise Hale; and her siblings, Janet, Ellie, Arlene and Richard.
She is survived by: her husband Richard; her son Matthew Swift; her grandchildren, Emerson and Charlotte; her great grandchild Sophie Swift Kelly (Chad Kelly); her brother David Hale (Nori) of Texas; and also, Chase and Ashlyn. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family will not be having a service at this time and requests your understanding and privacy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to Ebenezer Udyakumar, through Cedar Creek Church, for his translation projects in SW India (http://www.bitlit.org).
