She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Hamlin Anderson and Louise Jamison Anderson; her husband Llewelyn Jarrette Burckhalter III (Lew); and her brother Thomas Hamlin Anderson. She is survived by: her sons, Dr. L. Jarrette Burckhalter IV (late Cindy) and Thomas Anderson Burckhalter (Teresa). She is also survived by two granddaughters and two step-grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
