He was predeceased by: his son Mark Emmett. He is survived by: his wife Jewel Lynch; his children, David Emmett, Vincent Emmett, Philomena Mooney and Patricia Carter; and his sister Patricia Lawrenson of Dublin, Ireland.. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and twenty-seven great-grandchildren.
