She was predeceased by: her parents, William David Riggs and Ruth Marie Vest Howland; and her sister Clara Bell Marsh. She is survived by: her children, Brady Taylor of Savannah, GA. and Marsha Mikes (Mark) of Aiken, SC.; her granddaughters, Kaitlyn Mikes of Colorado and Andrea Mikes of Colorado; and her siblings, William Franklin Riggs, Otis David Riggs and Bertha Marie Roe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
