She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin J. Snipes and Thelma Rodgers Snipes; her husband Clyde D. Ouzts; and her daughter Tamra Ouzts Caughman. She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Ouzts (Jeanne) of Irmo, SC and Sondra Ouzts; her grandchildren, Joshua Bazzoli and Elizabeth Bazzoli; and her sisters, Mildred Robertson and Patricia Franklin.
Due to the COVID pandemic, a private service will be held, and interment will take place in Graniteville Cemetery.
