He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynor Hansel Belcher and Fannie Mae Asbell Belcher; and his siblings, John David Belcher and Barbara Belcher Bearden. He is survived by: his spouse Wynelle Webb; his children, Robert Michael Belcher (Marilyn), Kathy B. Courtney (Ken) and Diana B. Davis (Lamar); and his grandchildren, Kathryn B. Brown (Lee), Kyle P. Belcher, Charles E. Courtney (Samantha), Christopher L. Courtney (Gillian), Caroline E. Davis and Gordon M. Davis. He is also survived by his son and/or grandsons.
