He was predeceased by: his wife Pam Padgett; his parents, Billy Amos Padgett, Jr. and Anne Masters Padgett; and his sister Debra Padgett. He is survived by: his close friend Kelly Carter; his siblings, Phillip of Aiken, John Padgett of Aiken, Dean Sharps, Gene Sharps of Idaho, Rose Padgett and Annie Sharp Coffey of Arizona; and his pet Jeffrey.
