He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Westermann Hyman and Durham Steele Hyman of Aiken. He is survived by: his wife Mary Eckardt Hyman; his sons, Phillip Steele Hyman of Aiken and Bradford Durham Hyman (Lauren) of Graniteville; his grandsons, Coy Andrew Smith, Blake Paul Hyman and Logan Wallace Hyman; and his brothers, William Durham Hyman (Patti) of Toney and David Vernon Hyman (Denise) of Aiken.
