Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Penny Elizabeth Higgenbotham of Aiken, South Carolina, born in Augusta, Georgia, who passed away at the age of 36, on September 7, 2020. She is survived by: her parents, Joan Fulmer Patterson (Charles) of Aiken and Andy Higgenbotham of Greenville, SC.; her son Noah Tillman Quarles; her sister Taylor Ray Martin; and her stepbrother Thomas Andrew Patterson (Jessica). She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
Face mask will be requred and social distancing will be observed.
