She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur Fowler and Estelle Lybrand Fowler; her husband Arthur Procter, Sr.; her children, Pamela P. Oats and Arthur "Artie" Procter, Jr. of Aiken; her nieces, Jackie Black of Beaufort, SC and Karen Stevens (Brad) of Pauline, SC; and her close friend Mary Ann Kavanaugh of Aiken.
