She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph "Pete" Herrick III; her parents, Roland Kirk Foy and Delma Dee Westwood Foy; her brothers, Jack and Kirk Foy; and her sister-in-law Jerri Foy.
She is survived by: her aunt Sue; her son Samuel Earl; her siblings, Jim Foy of Moab, UT and Verna Butcher of Moab, UT; and her friend Loverboy.
Due to Covid19, masks will be required and social distancing will be observed.
