He is survived by: his close friend Rose Marie Tullis; his children, Jennifer Marie Tullis (Mitch Plunkett) and Baxter Felix Vinson, Jr.; his grandchildren, Alia Marie Plunkett (Ethan Ghant), Mason Brian Plunkett, Harliann Grace Plunkett and Jade Madison Tullis; and his siblings, Carolyn Barton Herlong (David), Susan Owens and Edward Ira Vinson (Jeannie).
