He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Earl and Virginia Cochran Clinton; and his sister Carol Jean Hall. He is survived by: his wife Brenda McMahan Clinton; his son William Earl Clinton, Jr.; his stepson Ned Fincher (Stacey); his sister Barbranne Clinton; his grandson Logan Chandler Pate; and his stepgrandchildren, Cody Fincher, Aaron Fincher and Lindsey Fincher.
Due to the extraordinary circumstances surrounding the current pandemic, social distancing guidelines and masks will be encouraged for the visitation and funeral service.
