He was predeceased by: his wife Alma Ree Chapman Hill; his parents, Young Sharp and Bernice Kennedy Hill; and his siblings, James Malcom Hill, Kathleen Hill Lupian and Joyce Hill.
He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Shull (Tommy) of Kitchings Mill, SC and Kelli Brown (Richard) of Cary, NC; his grandchildren, Austin Shull (Libby) of Clinton, SC, Becki and Emily Brown of Raleigh, NC; and his great grandchildren, Nate and Jonah Shull.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church at 1182 Old Jackson Highway, Jackson, SC 29831.
